What is a "Pink Salt Riot"?

Good question. It’s our brand name. And it’s got a great story behind it. Read it here.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders received before 9 AM central Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped that day. Orders received after 9 AM will ship the next business day Monday- Friday.

First class mail reaches most customers in the continental USA within 3 days, and Priority takes 1-3 days to arrive.

International orders typically take 10-15 days to arrive, but sometimes longer depending on the location.

Do you take custom orders?

We do accept a limited number of custom orders, with a $100 order minimum. There is a $25 fee for custom lettering to be used in pieces, in addition to the cost of the piece(s). Contact us to talk about your project ideas.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We have sent packages all over the world. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns or do refunds?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Contact me within 30 days and ship back within 45 days for an exchange. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If there are issues with your items within the first 30 days we will replace it free of charge, but you must contact us within that 30 day window to be eligible to receive a new item. Unfortunately we cannot replace items with issues after the first 30 days or if we do not receive contact from you about the issue during this window.

Custom orders and digital downloads can’t be returned or exchanged.
We don’t accept cancellations as most orders ship the same day, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

What do I do if my item arrives defective or damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the item in question. We will assess the situation and either refund you the cost of the item or send you a new one.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing from my order?

We will correct any mistakes we might make in shipping. Contact us within 7 days and we will get you taken care of.

Do you do wholesale?

What do you do with my personal information?

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes). Under no circumstance will your information be shared with others. We take your privacy very seriously. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

How do I change my subscription credit card?

To change your credit card on file for future Joy Boxes, simply log in to your subscriber account. Once you are logged in you will be at a screen that looks like this:
As you can see in the “Actions” section, you can easily update your payment information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Joy Box subscription, simply log in to your subscriber account. Once you are logged in you will be at a screen that looks like this:

How do I change my subscription shipping address?

To change your shipping address for future Joy Boxes, simply log in to your subscriber account. Once you are logged in you will be at a screen that looks like this:

If you need to change your address for a Joy Box order you have paid for but has not been shipped, please respond to this email and let me know that so I can get it updated in our system for that order. Can I give a Joy Box subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! To give a Joy Box subscription as a gift, simply put the recipient’s name and address in as the shipping address.
Many people choose the Yearly Renewal option for gifting!
