We gladly accept returns and exchanges under different conditions.

Returned products must be shipped back to Pink Salt Riot, 315 South College Road, Suite 258, Lafayette, LA 70503.

Refunds:

• We accept items shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions and service.

Exchanges:

• We accept items shipped back for an exchange within 45 days. 
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions and service.

Defective products:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery for any issues with your product, product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
• You will receive instructions to receive a full refund or replacement, completely free of charge.
• Unfortunately we cannot replace items with issues after the first 30 days or if we do not receive contact from you about the issue during this window.

Other return reasons: 

• We accept returns for any other reason, if the item is returned in its original condition, within 30 days of delivery.
• If not returning due to a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
