A close dear friend of mine had a terrible fall on the Fourth of July- breaking her left leg in two places and badly spraining her right ankle. She was hospitalized and unable to walk. She was badly broken and had to wait for swelling to subside before undergoing surgery to repair the breaks. I wanted to visit but not empty-handed, but with a momento of encouragement, so I ordered this bracelet. This bracelet has been on my wrist throughout my participation at the Eucharistic Congress with her intentions wrapped around my arm as I extended them in praise to our Lord and interceded on her behalf. I will personally give it to her and know it has been blessed with a new spirit just as we were blessed over 30 years ago at WYD in Denver. God's ways are not our ways, we are asked to trust Him to provide our every need. Thanks for this perfect piece that was both practical and stylish.
