So often the anxiety, heartache, loneliness, and fear we experience as Christians is because there are places in our minds and hearts where we have not fully surrendered to the truth, and declarations can help us bridge that gap.
Non-custom orders received before 9 AM central Monday through Friday will typically be packed and shipped that day.
Orders received after 9 AM will ship the next business day Monday- Friday.
Custom and create your own orders usually ship in 1-2 business days but can take as long as 4 business days during peak seasons.
First class mail reaches most customers in the continental USA within 4 days, and Priority takes 1-3 days to arrive.
International orders typically take 10-15 days to arrive, but sometimes longer depending on the location.
Absolutely! We have sent packages all over the world. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Contact us within 30 days and ship back within 45 days for an exchange.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If there are issues with your items within the first 30 days we will replace it free of charge, but you must contact us within that 30 day window to be eligible to receive a new item. Unfortunately we cannot replace items with issues after the first 30 days or if we do not receive contact from you about the issue during this window.
Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. We don't accept cancellations as most orders ship the same day, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the item in question. We will assess the situation and either refund you the cost of the item or send you a new one.
The exception to this rule is that we are not liable for damage done to products shipped again after they are delivered to the original recipient. All third party shipping after successful delivery of the product in our packaging voids our return, exchange, or refund policy even if it is in the 7 day window.
We will correct any mistakes we might make in shipping. Contact us within 7 days and we will get you taken care of.
Absolutely not. All our jewelry is high quality glass, acrylic, or stainless steel and is completely free of copper (which is the source of the green color you get from cheap jewelry) and nickel, which is the primary allergen in jewelry for most people.
All our chains, findings, and bespoke charms are stainless steel and nickel free.
